Cutie Pies began as a creative outlet for me, a stay-at-home mom and former 4th grade teacher. I enjoyed creating cute original designs for children’s pillowcases, baby pillows, tooth pillows, and t-shirts. I loved to sit and draw with my kids at the kitchen table while they colored. Immediately I experienced great success selling my products at local craft shows. I loved being able to stay at home and share all of this with my children. They were very small and very helpful!! In 2004, our beautiful daughter Anna suddenly got sick and passed away. She was 6. Anna was everything to me and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. I was completely devastated and heartbroken. So for a long time, I really didn’t care about my business. I pushed everything aside. How could I make something pretty without her?? Then slowly, by the grace of God I started making things “for” her, things she would like. Inspired by the unstoppable love I will always have for my Anna and the determination to be the best I can be for my boys, I feel that Cutie Pies is a special blessing. In 2006, we were blessed to welcome our beautiful Ava Elizabeth. She is truly an angel! Without my strong faith I could not have survived the last few years. It is the foundation of my life. My husband Robert and I have been married for 16 years. We live on a farm in Waller, Texas. Will is now 9, John, is 6 ½ and Ava is 3. They are each so special and we have so much fun enjoying our crazy, wonderful life! Now I am committed to my business in a whole new way. For many years, it was a part-time venture, a hobby. I am focused on creating the very cutest, highest quality products for children. Cutie Pies is currently moving into our own printing, manufacturing shop. So we are excited about all of the changes underway and looking forward to lots of great things in our future!   - I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. Phil 4:13
