*Are these pillowcases easy to care for? They are very easy to care for. It’s okay to sleep on your pillowcase right away.  Wait at least 2 days before washing for the paint to set.  Turn it inside out.  Wash delicate in cold water, with no bleach.  Tumble dry on low heat.  As with all silk-screened products, colors may fade slightly over time. *How well do the pillowcases hold up over time? Our pillowcases are long-lasting and very durable.  We have many repeat customers who use their pillowcases for years.  The pillowcase is made of high quality 50/50 cotton percale, with 180 thread count. So it washes well, with few wrinkles. *Are they soft to sleep on? Yes! We hand-screen our pillowcases using safe, toxic-free fabric inks and paint.  They actually get softer the more they are washed. *How do you make these pillowcases? We draw the designs ourselves and then they are silk-screened on by hand using a 6 color screen. We usually print about 50 at a time.  We sew ribbon on all of our standard pillowcases for girls as well. *How long will it take to receive my order? We try to fill orders within 5-7 business days plus shipping time.  Since most of our items are personalized by hand, times may vary. *Do you make products other than pillowcases? Personalized pillowcases are our main product and have been hugely popular.  We now offer tooth pillows, t-shirts, children’s clothing, and coordinating bows as well. *I have seen these pillowcases and t-shirts in other places such as craft shows and retail stores. Do you make them or just sell them for someone else? We personally design and manufacture our original, copyrighted designs.  Also, we sell our products at craft shows, via this website and wholesale to other businesses.  *How did you start your business? I thought  of the idea for this business in 2001 when I had just had my second child.  My little girl was three at the time.  My husband thought it was a great idea.  I could make extra money and still stay at home with my children. I started with standard pillowcases and baby pillows and was very successful. Response from customers has always been great! Then I added other items as I was able to. *What is your return/exchange policy? We cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized items due to the misspelling of a name, incomplete information, or for incorrect sizing.  However, we really want our customers to be satisfied, so we do offer a conditional guarantee on the quality of our products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us.  We will exchange any item damaged in shipping for an identical item. *Do you offer discounts? We occasionally offer specials on our website. We always give our customers the highest quality products for the lowest price possible. Our prices are very competitive and we do not charge shipping on retail orders, unlike our competitors.
